JW Anderson offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Request a Return
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside and the pre-paid shipping label is attached to the exterior.
Ship the Item
Schedule a complimentary collection with our designated courier service or drop off your package at an authorized service point near you.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the condition of your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
